Contract award history
The Awards page shows contract award records from RFPfit's supported sources. You can filter by buyer name, supplier name, date range, minimum award value, and source. Awards are available to all members with a free account — no subscription required.
Coverage
Award history currently covers:
- CanadaBuys (federal government procurement)
- SEAO (Québec procurement, from 2021 onward)
- Nova Scotia (provincial awarded-contract disclosures)
- Yukon (contract registry — supplier names are not published by this source)
Sources outside these show no award history in RFPfit today.
Withheld supplier names
Some awards in the source data have the supplier name withheld for privacy. RFPfit displays these awards honestly — the record shows that the supplier name is withheld, and withheld records are counted and disclosed rather than omitted or resolved. Award values are labeled "known values" because not every award record in the source data includes a dollar amount.
Vendor (supplier) profiles
The Vendors page lists suppliers who appear in the award history, grouped and filterable by category, buyer, region, and date range.
Each vendor profile shows the contracts they've won in the award data. Supplier names that were withheld in the original award record do not appear in vendor profiles — RFPfit only surfaces a supplier name where the source published it.
Some sources in RFPfit's data do not publish supplier names at all. Where a source's award records carry no supplier information, the Vendors directory will not contain entries sourced from it.
Recompete Radar
The Recompete Radar shows contracts from the award history whose published end dates fall within a selectable window — by default, the next 3 to 24 months. This gives you an advance look at contracts that may be coming back to market.
Each row shows the contract, the buyer, the incumbent supplier (when the source published the name and a single supplier is identifiable), and roughly how many months until expiry.
If your organization has a fit profile, the Recompete Radar can rank expiring contracts by how well they match your profile, using the same fit labels as the Notices page. This fit ranking uses your profile terms against the award's category and other available fields.
