Browsing the RFPfit catalog requires no account at all. Creating a free account unlocks:
- An organization workspace shared with your team
- A shared shortlist and triage board for saving and triaging opportunities
- Saved searches with email digest alerts when new opportunities match
- A deadline calendar with a private ICS feed for your calendar app, and 7-, 3-, and 1-day email reminders for opportunities you're pursuing
- Contract award history, vendor profiles, and the Recompete Radar — intelligence on past contracts and expiring deals
- An AI brief on notices from supported sources — a plain-language summary of what's being procured, key requirements, and what the notice doesn't say
- Proposal Studio's compliance matrix — paste an RFP and get every stated requirement quoted and verified, plus a proposal outline
RFPfit Pro — $29 CAD/month or $290 CAD/year (founding rate)
RFPfit Pro costs $29 CAD per month, or $290 CAD per year (two months free). This is a founding rate for early subscribers; applicable GST/HST is calculated and added at checkout by Stripe. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day trial (a card is required, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged).
Pro unlocks:
- Proposal Studio first drafts — turn a pasted RFP into a full submission kit: compliance matrix, proposal outline, and a grounded first draft of every section built from your fit profile and org library
- Fit Intelligence on each notice: why it may fit your organization, key risks, missing information, and a recommended next step
- A "Should we bid?" scorecard on each notice — deadline pressure, competition signals, and fit in one panel
- Strong-fit matches surfaced automatically on your deadline calendar and fit-ranked notice lists
How to subscribe
An organization owner subscribes from the Account page: choose monthly or annual, and complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout. RFPfit never sees or stores your card details.
Managing your subscription
The Account page shows your current plan status and lets you:
- Update your display name
- Update your organization name (owners and admins only)
- Open Stripe's billing portal (owners) to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — your team keeps Pro access until then, and your account then returns to the free plan with everything in the free tier intact.
