The Support Centre

You're reading it. The Support Centre at /support is a searchable collection of help articles covering every part of RFPfit. Use the search box at the top to find articles by keyword, or browse by category.

The support chat assistant

A chat button is available on every public and member page. Click it to open the support panel and ask a question in plain language.

The assistant answers only from the help articles in this Support Centre — it does not access external sources, the live catalog, or your account data. It cites the articles it drew from so you can read the full explanation yourself.

If the assistant can't find an answer in the help articles, it will say so honestly and offer to open a support ticket rather than guessing. You can also escalate to a ticket at any point in the conversation — the Escalate to a ticket button is always visible in the chat panel.

Submitting a support ticket

The ticket form is at /support/ticket. Fill in a subject, describe what's going on, and give the email address you'd like a reply sent to. Once you submit, you'll see a short reference number (the first eight characters of your ticket's ID) — keep it in case you need to follow up.

Your ticket is sent to the RFPfit support inbox at [email protected]. Replies go to the email address you provided when you submitted the ticket.

There is no automatic acknowledgement email — you will hear back from a person.

Feedback and problem reports

A Feedback button appears on every page. Click it to open a short form where you can send general feedback or report a problem. You can optionally include your email address if you'd like a reply; otherwise feedback is submitted anonymously.

Like tickets, feedback goes to [email protected].
