What saved searches are

A saved search stores a keyword and filter combination — keyword, opportunity type (procurement, grants, or both), and source — under a name you choose. Saved searches are shared with every member of your organization, so one person setting up a search benefits the whole team.

Saved searches are different from the saved-opportunities watchlist (individual notices you have bookmarked). See your shortlist at /app/saved.

Creating a saved search

There are two ways to create saved searches:

  • Setup wizard — the wizard at /app/welcome asks you a few questions about your fit profile and automatically creates a starter set of searches based on your answers.
  • Manual — go to /app/searches and fill in the form at the bottom of the page. Give the search a name, enter an optional keyword, choose the opportunity type and source, and click Create saved search.

Your organization can have up to 50 saved searches. Delete one before creating more if you reach that limit.

Editing and deleting searches

From /app/searches you can:

  • Run a search directly — clicking the Run search link opens the catalog pre-filtered with that search's settings
  • Turn the digest on or off per search
  • Delete a search

Email digests

Each saved search can send an email digest when new opportunities match. Digests are sent only when there is something new — never on a schedule with nothing to say.

To receive digest emails, you must opt in individually at /app/digests. Opting in records your express consent. Each digest email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that withdraws your consent immediately; you can also unsubscribe at any time from /app/digests or from the /unsubscribe page.

Digest settings — which searches have digests enabled — are shared across the organization. Your opt-in to receive those digests is personal to your account.

Managing digest preferences

Go to /app/digests to:

  • Subscribe or unsubscribe from digest emails
  • Turn deadline reminders on or off (see Deadline Calendar and Reminders)
  • Review your recent digest history — subject, search name, match count, and status for each digest sent to you
